notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002539, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARTHA EREBIA; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A JORGE CIRILO; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A DIEGO RENA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the FIRST FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 13 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
PARCEL 1: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST ONE - HALF (W 1/2) OF THE NORTHWEST ONE - QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE - QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST ONE QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA: THENCE WEST 105.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 420.00 FEET THENCE 105.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 420.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
AND
PARCEL 2: LOT 15, BLOCK 8, IN EDEN PARK FIRST ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT IMMOKALEE, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
