NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003199, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and BLEIMAN RODRIGUEZ, NETY RODRIGUEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 13 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 82.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 330.0 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF TRACT 38, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO AN ACCESS EASEMENT OVER, ALONG AND ACROSS THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
