AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CSFB MTG SECURITIES CORP. ADJUSTABLE RATE MTG TRUST 2006-3 ADJUSTABLE RATE MTG-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and JASON M. THOMAS, ANGELA L. THOMAS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING AS NOMINEE FOR GUARANTEED RATE, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
