NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009418, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RONALD JOHNSON, SR., GATESWORK, IES COMMERCIAL, INC., THE BLUE HERON OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SUSAN D. JOHNSON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 13th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 17-203, THE BLUE HERON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3305, PAGE 656 AND AS AMENDED THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
