NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009396 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC11 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST, ROSEMARY PLASMAN, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; KENDRA ANAIS PLASMAN, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ROSEMARY PLASMAN , DECEASED; ALEXANDRIA MONIQUE PLASMAN AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ROSEMARY PLASMAN, DECEASED; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; GREENFIELD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; KINGS LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 13th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 202, GREENFIELD VILLAGE EIGHT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1142, PAGES 1163, ET. SEQ., ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING THE AMENDMENT ATTACHED THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ANY FUTURE AMENDMENTS AND TOGETHER WITH SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT'S SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
