NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000405 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST WILLIAM H. COOK A/K/A WILLIAM HARVEY COOK, DECEASED; CLIFFORD LAWRENCE COOK A/K/A CLIFFORD L. COOK AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM H. COOK A/K/A WILLIAM HARVEY COOK, DECEASED; JEFFREY ALAN COOK AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM H. COOK A/K/A WILLIAM HARVEY COOK, DECEASED; CONSTANCE LOUISE COOK A/K/A CONSTANCE L. COOK F/K/A CONSTANCE L. BLOCK AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM H. COOK A/K/A WILLIAM HARVEY COOK, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FOXMOOR OF FOXFIRE CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC.; FOXFIRE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF COLLIER COUNTY, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 13 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 108, OF FOXMOOR OF FOXFIRE CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1097, AT PAGE 204-279, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 1051 FOXFIRE LANE #108, NAPLES, FL 34104
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
