Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-10642-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE SPECIALTY UNDERWRITING AND RESIDENTIAL FINANCETRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-BC1, Plaintiff, and ROGELIO GARCIA, MARIA EVA GARCIA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100210400863707325), are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 13 day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT NO. 48, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 23, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
