notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-675-CC of the COUNTY Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SHERWOOD I, INC. is Plaintiff, and VOLHA CHERNK; ALIAKSEI ZANKEVICH; TENANT TWO and TENANT ONE are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: At 1st Floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 15 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 101, Building 2, SHERWOOD I, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2091, Page 1 - 115, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Together with the exclusive right to use Parking Garage 101, Building 2, according to said Declaration of Condominium.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
