Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. J-4, Phase 11, of Avalon at Pelican Bay, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded December 4, 1992, in Official Records Book 1776, page 416, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Atrium, First Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on August 13, 2012.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
