Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Unit B-102, PINEWOOD LAKES CONDOMINIUM I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 854, Pages 1002 through 1054, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and with appurtenances thereto.

At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Atrium, First Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on August 13, 2012.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
