Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of July, 2012 and entered in CASE NO.: 11-2476-CC, of the County Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Andalucia Homeowners' Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Richard D. Lyons, The Unknown Spouse of Richard D. Lyons n/k/a Monica Lyons, Bank of America, N.A. f/k/a Countrywide Bank, N.A., Mainstreet Acquisition Corp., Assignee of First National Bank of Omaha FNBO
Visa Platinum, First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company f/k/a Ironstone Bank and American Express Bank, FSB are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 13 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
