NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment Foreclosure dated July 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-4152 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein JEFFERSON-PILOT INVESTMENTS, INC., a foreign corporation, is the Plaintiff and 1250 TAMIAMI TRAIL NORTH, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT OF NAPLES, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in a sale at the Collier County Courthouse, Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on August 13, 2012, the described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 5, 6, 7, 8 AND 9, BLOCK D, LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF THE WEST 175 FEET OF LOT 8, AND ALSO LEASS THE WEST 175 FEET OF LOT 9, LAKE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF THE WEST 175 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK D, LAKE PARK, FOR THE PURPOSE OF VEHICLE INGRESS AND EGRESS FROM AND TO U.S. HIGHWAY 41 AS SET FORTH IN THAT CERTAIN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 856, PAGE 1733, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
