NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment dated July 13, 2012, entered in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium of the 1st Floor at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples les, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.m. on the 13 day of August, 2012 the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 415, BUILDING 4, OF IBIS CLUB AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4112, PAGE 3199, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREFORE, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER With AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS, IF ANY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
