NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 19, 2012, in Case No. 11-2011-CA-004261 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Patrick J. Wilkins and Mary F. Wilkins, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, at 11:00 A.M. or as soon as the sale may proceeds, on the 15 day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1612, KEY ROYAL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3514, PAGE 1481, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
