NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 19 day of July, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-03273, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which NICOLA DEPALMA and CARMELA DEPALMA, are the Defendants, and CHARDONNAY AT THE VINEYARDS, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 15 day of August, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 45-203, CHARDONNAY AT THE VINEYARDS, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1459, Pages 2319 through 2405, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the funds remaining after the sale, if any, must file a claim with the clerk No later than 60 days after this sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
