NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-3151-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-17, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-17 is Plaintiff and ROBERT D'ANNUNZIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT D'ANNUNZIO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; SHERWOOD V, INC.; SHERWOOD PARK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING 61, SHERWOOD V, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3220, AT PAGE 1062, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
