NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007002, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and ERMINIO PETRECCA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERMINIO PETRECCA IF ANY; AMY DICICCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMY DICICCO IF ANY; MORTGAGE ELCETRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; FOREST GLEN GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A FOREST GLEN GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; BRITANNIA I OF FOREST GLEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO 204, BUILDING NO. 3, OF PHASE 3, OF BRITANNIA I OF FOREST GLEN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2749, PAGE 298, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
