notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-002087 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of May 1, 2007 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR4, Plaintiff and James R. Mendicino and Carol J. Mendicino, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on August 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 276, GOLDEN GATE SUBDIVISION UNIT 8, PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 147 THOUGH 151, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
