NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001589, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and KARIE PATRICIA BJELLAND A/K/A KARIE BJELLAND-BARBUTO A/K/A KARIE BJELLAND, KEY ROYAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., CRAIG A. BARBUTO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREI PATRICIA BJELLAND A/K/A KARIE BJELLAND-BARBUTO A/K/A KARIE BJELLAND and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 15 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 811, KEY ROYAL, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3514, PAGE 1481, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
