NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-008277, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and JUDITH A. JONES, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., SUNTRUST BANK, RUSSELL H. JONES, JR. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYare defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 15 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
