Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2010, and entered in 09-04405 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INCORPORATED, is the Plaintiff and DEBRA K. CASPER; ROYAL PARK VILLAS INCORPORATED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRA K. CASPER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in the atrium, 1st Floor, Collier Cty Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on August 16, 2012 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FAMILY UNIT NO. 60, ROYAL PARK VILLAS, INCORPORATED, UNIT A, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 235, PAGES 939 THROUGH 957, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
