NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001040, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and EMILY JEANE CORDINGLEY A/K/A EMILY J. CORDINGLEY A/K/A JEANNE CORDINGLEY, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EMILY JEANE CORDINGLEY A/K/A EMILY J. CORDINGLEY A/K/A JEANNE CORDINGLEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY CORDINGLEY, TIMOTHY CORDINGLEY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 16 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING 5, THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3934, PAGE 0653, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
