notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered July 19, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida in which JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., successor by merger to CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and NANCY L. SHEPHERD is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, on August 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., the following described Property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure free and clear of all claims of the Defendant.
Unit 7-204, The Blue Heron, A Condominium, According to the Declaration of Condominium Recorded in Official Records Book 3305, Pages 656 through 758, and Amended in official Records Book 4084, Page 248, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; Together with an Undivided Interest in The Common Elements Appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration, and any Amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
