notice is hereby given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2012 and a subsequent Orders of the Court dated April 4, 2012 and June 13, 2012, entered in Case No. 11-2592-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida wherein PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to RBC BANK (USA) successor to Community Bank of Naples, N.A., a North Carolina banking corporation Plaintiff, and LAWRENCE J. REINHOLD, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company, LAWRENCE J. REINHOLD, individually and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 o'clock on August 13, 2012 in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat., and the Clerk of the Court's standard practices, the following described property as set forth in Said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Parcel 150 of J & C INDUSTRIAL PARK, an unrecorded subdivision, described as follows:
Commencing at the West Quarter corner of Section 11, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida; thence along the West line of said Section 11 North 0° 10' 36” West, 1829.95 feet to the center line of a road; thence along said center line, North 89° 28' 18” East, 1266.47 feet for a Place of Beginning; thence continuing along the last described course 100.00 feet; thence South 0° 31' 42” East, 250.00 feet; thence South 89° 28' 18” West 100.00 feet; thence North 0° 31' 42” West 250.00 feet to the Place of Beginning, being part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
