NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2010, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010628 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY REAL ESTATE SERVICES, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, INC., F/K/A NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO. D/B/A ACCUBANC MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and Fernando Escareno; Unknown Spouse of Fernando Escareno, if any and Current Tenants, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 15, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 27, IN REPLAT OF BLOCKS 4 AND 5, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS NAPLES PARK, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 6.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
