CAPESTANY; ARBOR HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ZACKERY RIPLEY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KENDRICK GULMER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on June 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
