NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 09, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-002207 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein RESIDENTIAL FUNDING COMPANY, LLC is the Plaintiff and VALERI STOIANOV; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VALERI STOIANOV N/K/A BONKA STOIANOV; THE PLACIDO GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A ASEN GIGOV, and TENANT #2 N/K/A STEFAN KAMAREV are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on June 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 105, THE PLACIDO GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 60 THROUGH 63, INCLUSIVE, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4844, PAGE(S) 828 THROUGH 875, INCLUSIVE, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
