BURCH N/K/A BETTY BURCH; THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on June 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 222 OF THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED AUGUST 1, 2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14494, PAGES 2117 THROUGH 2280, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
