NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006029CICI-19, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and JANICE M. KING; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CAPITAL ONE HOME LOANS, LLC; JANE DOE N/K/A RANDI SNELL, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK D, HARMONY HEIGHTS SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
