NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 9, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-002539-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WHITNEY NATIONAL BANK is the plaintiff and EXCELSIOR ENTERPRISES USA, INC., EDDY DESGRAVES, MARIE C. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
