NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 522009CA021473XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2005-8, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8, is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH M. CLARK II; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; ELIZABETH J. CLARK; SHERRY H. CLARK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, LESS THE NORTH 26 FEET THEREOF AND LOT 6, LESS THE SOUTHERLY 22.5 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 6, ORANGE HILL HOMES - FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 59 AND 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
