Unit 301, Building C, CASA DEL MAR II, a condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4576, Page 291, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25, Pages 36 through 59, and as amended by Condominium Plat Book 27, Pages 14 through 36, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to file written defenses with the Clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication on Robert L. Tankel, the attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 1022 Main Street, Suite D, Dunedin, Florida, 34698, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the SECOND AMENDED Complaint.
