NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 10-17346-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which WILLIAM H. BAUMGART, individually, is the Plaintiff, and KEVIN H. BECHTEL, and DEBORAH C. BECHTEL, individually and as tenants by the entireties, and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the following property described as:
Lot 6, Bison Creek Estates, Phase 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 27 to 36, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at a Public Sale to be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 13, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after sale.
