NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11010242CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE MARINA OF TARPON SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and GREGORY L. PEAVEY and JUDITH W. PEAVEY, are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 22, 2012, at 10:00 a..m in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1, Building C, The Marina, A Condominium, according to the terms, conditions, covenants and restrictions, as contained in the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5985, Pages 1532 through 1586, and amended in O.R. 6897, Page 691, and being further described in Condominium Plat Book 84, Pages 31 through 33, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
