NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522009CA017933XXCICI / 09017933CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERSCWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005- IM1 is the Plaintiff and EDDY DESGRAVES A/K/A EDDY DES GRAVES; JEANNE LOREVIL AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE LOREVIL LAND TRUST AGREEMENT #34 DATED OCTOBER 11, 2005, FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF EDDY DESGRAVES AND MARIE C. DESGRAVES, HUSBAND AND WIFE, FOR THEIR LIFETIME; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of June, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
