NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522010CA002680XXCICI / 10002680CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOHN J. GAYTON A/K/A JOHN JOSEPH GAYTON; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of June, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, BLOCK 4, SECOND ADDITION ISLE OF PALMS, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 28 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS APPERTAINING THERETO. TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, INCLUDING EQUIPMENT, FIXTURES, FURNISHINGS CONTAINED THEREIN, PER CONTRACT
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
