NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-013289, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and MICHELE MARTINEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A GREGORY STOKES, AND UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 29 day of June, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, GEORGE C. PRATHER'S FOURTH ROYAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
