That certain Condominium Parcel composes of Unit No. 307, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in the Declaration, subject to easements and restrictions of record, and in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of PARK SHORE CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 4902, at Pages 1180 through 1270, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 36, Pages 36 through 38.
