YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on and to foreclose on a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 30, CLEARWOOD SUBDIVISION FIFTH ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 17; said lands situate, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on PHILIP D.
