Book 4978, Pages 1022 and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 91 and 92 Public records of Pinellas County, Florida. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 3, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
