NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11004315 CI 21 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Sherry A. Ebersole; Unknown Spouse of Sherry A. Ebersole, If Any; Unknown Tenants; Water View Estates & East Bay Golf Villas at Water View Joint Home Owners Association, Inc.; and East Bay Golf Villas at Water View Joint Homeowners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 9, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 201, EAST BAY GOLF VILLAS 111 AT WATER VIEW, A CONDOMINIUM, According to the Plat thereof Recorded in Condominium Plat Book 127, Pages 50 through 52 Inclusive, and being Further Described in that Certain Declaration of Condominium Recorded in Official Records Book 12477, Pages 2317 through 2381 Inclusive, together with its Undivided Interest or share in the Common Elements Appurtenant thereto.
