NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11002559CI DIV. 20 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Thomas A. Valenza; Sueann Valenza; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.; Unknown Tenant(s) and Covered Bridge Townhomes Property Owners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 9, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 16, COVERED BRIDGE TOWNHOMES PLAT, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 128, Pages 96-97, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
