NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-11763-CO-42 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYWAY ISLE - POINT BRITTANY THREE CORPORATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and EUGENE HARLEY; EVELYN HARLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of July, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Apartments No. 1004, Bayway Isles - Point Brittany Three, A Condominium, according to the plat thereof in Condominium Plat book 4, Pages 36 to 40 inclusive, and being further described in that Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3124, Pages 71 to 156 inclusiive; and Amendments thereto recorded in O.R. Book 3187, Page 330, O.R. book 3283, Page 523, O.R. Book 3389, Page 678, O.R. Book 4292, Page 269, O.R. book 4409, Page 243, O.R. 4418, Page 1130, O.R. Book 4512, Page 1611, O.R. book 5763, Page 440 and O.R. 5951, Page 1950 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 5130 Brittany Drive S., #1004 .
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
