NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-8419-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and SCOTT P. GASS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT P. GASS; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of July, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. B-2 Bldg 126 of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I-#1, a Condominium, PHASE XV, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 74, page(s) 57-61, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5702, Page 1317 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 1344 Pine Ridge Circle East #B2 Tarpon Springs, FL, 34688.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
