NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2012, entered in Case No .09-003860-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BONAVENTURE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KIMBERLY S. WILKINSON
and GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 25, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 201, Building G, Phase 1 of BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM IV, according to the Declaration of Condominium and together with a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as recorded in O.R. Book 6571, Pages 1810 through 1889, amended in O.R. Book 6571, Page 1890, O.R. Book 6777, Page 1897, O.R. Book 6669, Page 1424 and O.R. Book 6606, Page 7 and according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 97, Pages 25 through 29, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
