CITY OF DUNEDIN Contractor's Pre-Qualification Statement and Questionnaire for the Fire Station #61 Project RFQ 12-970
The City of Dunedin, Florida will accept pre-qualification statements from contractors desiring to become pre-qualified to bid on the construction of Fire Station #61. Pre-qualified contractors will be the only contractors permitted to bid on the construction of the new fire station. Fire Station #61 will contain approximately 7,500 square feet of space, three drive-thru apparatus bays, living quarters, utility areas, storage areas and onsite parking. The building will be designed so that it meets “Green” standards for certification by Green Globes. Only contractors with specific and demonstrated experience in the construction of fire stations and/or emergency operations centers (EOC) will be considered for pre-qualification for this project work.

Qualification responses are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any packets received after that date and time will not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
