NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CC-4295 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WEDGWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ROBERT G. BUCKEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT G. BUCKEY; HERITAGE LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and unknown tenant 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: on the 20th day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 21 of WEDGEWOOD VILLAGE Condominium, pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 21, in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and any amendments thereto; the street address of which is: 9556 Bunker Hill Court New Port Richey, FL 34655.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
