NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit “B” of Building Number 3051 as described in the Declaration of Condominium of GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER FOUR recorded in O.R. Book 588, Pages 515 thru 576, inclusive, and in Plat Book 11, Pages 7 thru 11, inclusive, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with all appurtenances thereto described in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium. Subject however, to each and every provision of the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium. With the following street address: 4330 Rustic Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on June 20, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
