NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-001995-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and TERRY SAUNDERS; KAREN SAUNDERS A/K/A KAREN A. SAUNDERS; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DONNA PADRON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 21st day of June, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 464 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, AND THAT PART OF THE EAST 464 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, LYING NORTH OF THE RIGHT OF WAY OF STATE ROAD NO. 41-A, ALL IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT RIGHT OF WAY ON STATE ROAD NO. 41 AND STATE ROAD NO. 41-A.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
