NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-008385-XXXX-ES (J4), of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALBA LUCIA-GALINDO A/K/A ALBA L GALINDO; CAPITAL ONE BANK SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CAPITAL ONE FSB; CLERK OF COURT OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; CP FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; THE COVES OF CAMBRIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN HAYES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of June, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31 CAMBRIDGE COVE ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45 PAGE 28 THROUGH 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
